A wine elaborated with grapes from the variety "SAUVIGNON BLANC" . This wine is produced in vineyards exclusively using organic agriculture methods. Specially harvested at night in order to preserve its flavor and prevent oxidation. “Frizzante”.

TASTING NOTES:

  • - Visual Phase: Pale yellow wine with greenish hues.
  • - Olfatory Phase: Medium-high aromatic intensity with tropical fruit, apple and straw notes.
  • - Tasting Phase: Balanced with good structure, smooth, cool, acidic with good persistence.

 

PARING:

Ideal for shellfish, white fishes (cod, hake, gilthead, etc) smoked fish or smoked meats.
