This area consists of six tanks of 35,000 liters with automatic temperature control for the fermentation of the must.
We also have several storage tanks with inert atmosphere.
This system allows for the preservation of the primary characteristics of the wine.
All of our tanks, as well as the rest of the machinery are made of stainless steel, material that does not transmit any foreign smell or taste and is used in all of the food industry.
