TASTING NOTE:

• – Visual Phase: Presents a cherry red colour layer half-hitching, very clean.
• – Olfactory Phase: High intensity with powerful black fruits aromas combined with balsamic notes and undergrowth notes in the glass that increases over time.
• – Taste Phase: A flavoursome wine structured and balanced with personality. Well-integrated wood, red and black fruits with spicy notes.  Very persistent.

PAIRING:

Recommended with roasts and grills, red meats and also stewed legumes with pig meat. It is also recommended with some pâtés and cured cheeses.
