This wine is produced from the variety "CABERNET SAUVIGNON"and"MERLOT" grapes (50%), cultivated in organic agriculture vineyards without any chemical additives.
Careful elaboration and 12 months in French and American oak barrels produces a very balanced vintage.

Because of its structure, body and tannins this wine is the perfect compliment for red meats, game (deer, wild boar, and hare), lamb, stews, meals with intense sauces, and grilled meats.
