TASTING NOTES:

• - Visual phase: Clean, pale yellow colour, very fine bubble of constant rosary that barely marks the crown.
• - Olfactory phase: Floral aromas, stone fruit, tropical touches, the carbonic doesn´t appear.
• - Taste phase: Balanced acidity, semi-dry. It is light, fresh, easy to drink, very contemporary wine.

PAIRING:

Ideal to accompany tropical salads, crustaceans, seafood and meat pates or to drink only as en aperitif in summer season.
