Wine elaborated from "TEMPRANILLO (80%) and CABERNET SAUVIGNON (20%) grapes. A limited production obtained from Organic Agricultural vineyards, without any use of chemical products. This vintage has been aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES:
- Visual Phase: Cherry-colored wine with violet tones.
- Olfactory Phase: Medium-high aromatic intensity, with aromas of ripe red fruit, mineral notes and leather. Well integrated wood.
- Tasting Phase: Very balanced, harmonious and persistent. Well structured.
PAIRING:
This wine is the perfect accompaniment for white game meats, like pheasant, red-legged partridges from the mountains of Toledo, pates and baked meats.
