Discover our winery…

Production area.
This is where the tanks are located.
This warehouse consists of six 35,000-litre tanks with automatic temperature control for must fermentation.
We also have more than twenty storage tanks with an inert atmosphere, whose system allows the main characteristics of the wines to be preserved.
All our tanks, as well as the rest of our machinery, are made of stainless steel, a material that does not impart any foreign odours or flavours to the wine. It is used throughout the food industry and complies with all the requirements and standards of current regulations.

Bottling and labelling hall.
The bottling and labelling hall plays a crucial role in production efficiency and quality.
Its proper functioning ensures that products reach consumers in optimal condition, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.

Ageing cellar.
Time stands still in this place where wine becomes a harmony of aromas and flavours.
Underground, sheltered from adverse weather conditions, the best of our wines gradually emerge, in darkness, in silence, as if by magic.
The ageing cellar is where the oak barrels are stored and all the bottled wine is kept.
It is the best place to preserve the product in optimal conditions, with a stable temperature and adequate humidity, which are monitored at all times as they are key factors in ensuring this happens.

Tasting room.
The tasting room is a spacious area equipped with everything necessary to accompany you as you begin and deepen your knowledge of the wonderful world of wine.
