Wine made after the good result of the night harvest of our organic Garnacha grape vines, which has given us as a result this fantastic fruity wine with a slightly spicy and elegant touch that stands out for its freshness, soft acidity and a powerful structure that ends up captivating those who taste it.

TASTING NOTE:

• – Visual Phase: Bright, clean, cherry red with ruby notes and garnets.  
• – Olfactory Phase: Notes of red fruits, strawberries, blueberries and plum.  Floral aromas to violets along with hints of chocolate, hazelnut, sweet  pepper and liquorice. The aromas grow in the glass.
• – Taste Phase: Good sweet yet soft attack, being very expressive, with a posterior amplitude with spicy and fruity notes, ending in a round and persistent.

PAIRING:

Highly recommended for drinking with red meats (entrecote, sirloin, steak),  ossobuco, baked fatty fish pasta and cured cheeses.
