Made from our organically grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, it is very attractive with a special charm due to its golden hue and elegant shapes. Very aromatic, its bubbles give it a fresh character and the sweetness does the rest. Very suitable for very special and distinguished occasions.

TASTING NOTE:

•  – Visual phase: Pale colour, almost transparent, with a fine bubble of constant rosary that barely marks the crown.
• – Olfactory phase: Sauvignon Blanc’s own aromas are mixed with citrus tones (mandarin, pink grapefruit) and tropical touches (mango, lychee).
• – Taste phase: Very fresh, soft, creamy carbonic mid palate, with fresh acidity and medium persistence.

PAIRING:

Ideal to accompany tropical salads, crustaceans, seafood and meat pates or to drink only as an aperitif in hot seasons.
