The whim of our winemakers and the flagship of our winery. Made from the selection of the best clusters from our oldest vines, from the four varieties that make it up, and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, giving it great complexity and structure with lots of aromas and flavours that complement each other to give a unique and incomparable result. Our dream made wine.

TASTING NOTE:

• – Visual Phase: Cherry red colour, clean and bright.
• – Olfactory phase: Aromas of ripe red fruit on a background of sweet spices, nuts and vanilla, with light  toasted notes, combine with fresh balsamic notes.
• – Taste phase: In the mouth it has a good structure, complex, fleshy, tasty, fresh, fruity, well combined, with good acidity and with a persistent and long finish at retro-odour.

Perfect for roasts, red meats, fatty fish, meat stews, pates, Iberian sausages  and cheeses.
