Carefully elaborated from grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety from our vineyards, cultivated in organic farming, without any addition of chemical products. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve all their aromas and avoid oxidation. The result is a very aromatic wine with a very present acidity that makes it a refreshing wine, suitable both as an aperitif as well as to accompany a variety of meals.
