Wine made after the good result of the night harvest of our old vines of organic GRENACHE grapes in 2019, which resulted in this fantastic fruity and elegant wine that stands out for its freshness, soft acidity and a powerful structure.

TASTING NOTES:

• - Visual phase: Cherry colour with medium-high layer, bright, clean, purple rim, good tear.
• - Olfactory phase: medium-high intensity, red fruit and balsamic notes. Floral aromas from violets along with hints of chocolate, hazelnut, sweet pepper and liquorice. The aromas grow inside the glass.
• - Taste phase: Good entry, sweet and, at the same time, smooth, being very expressive, with a posterior amplitude with spicy and fruity notes, ending in a round and persistent finish.

PAIRING:

Highly recommended for drinking with red meats (entrecote, sirloin, steak), ossobuco, baked fatty fish pasta and cured cheeses.
