TASTING NOTES:

• - Visual phase: Clean, with a nice pale pink colour.
• - Olfactory phase: Aromas of red fruits (cherries, sour cherries, raspberries) and light floral touches (roses, violets).
• - Taste phase: Balance between sweetness and acidity. Easy to drink, it is s very fresh wine.

PAIRING:

Ideal to accompany oysters, crustaceans, seafood and canapes or to drink only as an aperitif in summer season.
