- Olfactory phase: Sauvignon Blanc’s own aromas are mixed with citrus tones (mandarin, pink grapefruit) and tropical touches (mango, lychee).
- Taste phase: Very fresh, soft, creamy carbonic mid palate, with fresh acidity and medium persistence.
