Wine produced from grapes of “TEMPRANILLO” variety cultivated in organic agriculture vineyards, without any use of chemical products.

Aged for six months in French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES:

  • Visual Phase: Deep cherry colored wine with ruby-red hues.

  • - Olfactory Phase: When the wine is still there is a note of toasted and well integrated wood. By swirling the wine the aroma of small red berries, mineral notes, and vanilla is present.

  • - Tasting Phase: Good beginning, balanced with well integrated and sweet tannins.

Perfect for red meats, freshwater fish, beef stews, and cheese.
